BALLOON CARE GUIDE

TEMPERATURE

Please try to keep balloons at room temperature try not to leave balloons in extreme temperatures. Helium expands in the heat and this could cause your balloons to pop! We recommend using air conditioning in your car when transporting balloons on a hot day. Do not leave balloons in direct sunlight. When balloons get cold, they will temporarily deflate and will re-inflate again when back at room temperature,

CHILDREN AND PETS

Un-inflated or burst balloons can present a choking hazard and should never be left with children without supervision. Store balloons away from pets to ensure that they cannot get themselves tangled with balloon ribbons or accidentally ingest popped balloons or their decorative contents such as confetti, feathers, or other materials. If a balloon pops, clear away any broken balloons and it's decorative contents (if applicable) immediately.

DISPOSAL

At the end of a balloon's life, cut the end of the balloon with scissors to remove any air or helium, then dispose of it in the bin. Never release balloons into the environment. Released balloons become litter, they can harm animals and they can get caught up in trees or power lines.  Do not inhale helium this is dangerous, It can deprive your body of oxygen and can result in a fatality.

QUALITY

Latex balloons when oxidised, become cloudy quickly when exposed to heat and sunshine. Coloured balloons will take on a velvety, matte appearance.

TAKE CARE

Balloons pop, I use high quality balloons and take precautions with your balloons to ensure they last as long as possible, I will inflate your Balloons at least 12 hours ahead of collection to check for any issues. Once the balloons leave my door or I have left an event, they are out of my control. Lights, paint, irregular surfaces and static can all pop balloons. If you are planning on placing your balloons on a ceiling, please be cautious.
